BIO

Maruša Mazej, born in 1995, finished her MA studies in ceramics at the Academy of Fine Arts and Design in Ljubljana in 2021 (cum laude). She received an ALUO award for an upstanding work. From 2019 to 2020 she studied at Academy of Fine Arts and Design in Bratislava through an Erasmus+ exchange program. She obtained her BA in ceramics in 2018 at the Academy of Fine Arts and Design in Ljubljana, focusing her work on a research of glazes in ceramics. For her BA thesis she received an ALUO Recognition award. In 2018 she spent two months as an Erasmus+ intern in EA ceramics studio.
